John Tucker died from wounds on 2nd December, 1914 after having been brought back to the United Kingdom but as yet, there is no information, as to when and where he was wounded. The 1st Royal West Kent battalion were part of 13 Brigade, 5th Division that had arrived in France at the start of the war and had been involved in much of the fighting since then. |
